After listening to a story about a knight in search of treasure for the “Reading is Magic” festival, we made our own treasure box and went in search of autumn goodies! We found lots of fallen leaves, some acorns and beech casks. The children discovered plenty of conker shells but they were nearly all empty! We decided that the squirrels had beaten us to it and had eaten them all! Our Autumn treasure is all ready for us to play with in our sand tray tomorrow 🍁🍂🍁🍂
