The children have had a super time at Forest School Club after school.

Year 3 and 4 have been learning about the Forest School Rules so that they can have a big treat at the end of our block of sessions.

They were very interested in how we start a fire? Mrs Taylor showed them the flint and steel. All the children had a go at seeing if they could strike a spark and they found it very tricky.

During this session we have been thinking about Birds and how they may need our help over the next few months. The children have made bird feeders to take home and hang around the school grounds, they have also used the binoculars to see if they can spot any birds in our Forest School area.
