One of our Pre-school children found a pine cone on the yard and wanted to find some more. We went on a nature hunt around our school grounds and found lots of very interesting things! We found leaves, sticks, beech casks, conkers and feathers. We even found a ladybird and butterfly! We put our natural treasures in the triangle area to investigate and used scissors safely to try and get the conkers out of their shells. We then raced the conkers down the ramps to see if we could get them to the bottom!
