Nursery uniform, PE and games kits, bags and folders will be on sale on Tuesday 8th July after school and Wednesday 9th July before school. It would be very helpful if you would use either of these times to purchase your child’s uniform for next year.
Next year’s classes
Reception Mrs. Pearson
Year 1 Mrs. Fulforth
Year 2 Mrs. Robinson
Year 3 Miss Hammond
Year 4 Mrs. Shea
Year 5 Mr. Smedley
Year 6 Miss Ackroyd
Mr. Smedley will be taking games for Years 5 and 6, and Mr. Marsden will be doing the same for Years 3 and 4. Mr. Marsden will also be taking games in Years 1 and 2 and those children will need track suits next year, and trainers. Swimming for Years 3 and 4 will be in St. Peter’s Centre as the Padiham Pool is being refurbished, and the day has changed from Tuesday afternoon to Friday morning.
Year 6 has just returned from an action packed trip to London, and Year 5 went on their residential trip to Cranedale. All the children had a wonderful time, and were a credit to the school.
As you can see, we are going to be very busy from now until the end of term. The staff and children are working very hard on the production of the Wind in the Willows, it promises to be an excellent performance and I hope you will be able to come and bring your friends and family.
I look forward to seeing you there.
Yours sincerely,
Sister Joan
Headteacher
